What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Drive sales of litigation support services, including Electronic Data Discovery and Document Hosting
Serve as a trusted advisor for clients, identifying new upsell opportunities
Collaborate with Sales Management to align strategies and meet revenue targets
Conduct sales calls, customer meetings, and presentations to potential clients
Manage accounts of existing and new clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction ratings

What is Required (Qualifications):

Proven track record of success in selling within the litigation support/eDiscovery market
Ability to maintain a sales brag book demonstrating achievements in quotas and client satisfaction
Strong influencing skills and established connections within the eDiscovery market
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical details confidently
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in eDiscovery
Strong networking skills to build and maintain client relationships
