Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
• Prepare food in accordance with customer needs
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
• Keep up with daily barista logs + to-do lists

Qualifications

• Experience as a barista
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively

Requirements

• Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
• Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation
• Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
• A polite, engaging personality & willingness to work as part of a fun, high-energy team in a fast paced environment
