  • Contract: 5- Months | W2
  • Location: Sunnyvale, CA – Hybrid (Tues–Thurs in-office, Mon & Fri remote)
  • Pay Rate: $80-100/hr W2 based on experience
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday | Normal PST business hours

Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic Program Manager to join the Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) Technology & Governance team. This team is responsible for building the operational processes and solutions that power global workspaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Process Facilitation: Lead the planning and execution of critical business operations including All Hands meetings, KPI tracking, and strategic internal communications.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage REWS Tech & Governance’s operating budget. Identify trends, propose optimizations, and enable smarter resource allocation.
  • Program Management: Drive strategic initiatives—such as the 2026 budget planning process—in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as the liaison between REWS Technology & Governance and broader REWS teams to ensure alignment, share insights, and support cross-team initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze performance metrics and develop improvement plans based on key trends and insights.
  • Operational Excellence: Design and optimize workflows to enhance effectiveness across the team.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management
  • Proven experience managing and tracking operating budgets
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to convert data into actionable insights
  • Skilled in process improvement and workflow design
  • Effective communicator, comfortable engaging with executive leadership
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms) and Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial planning & analysis
  • Background in the tech sector or corporate real estate services
  • Familiarity with governance frameworks
  • PMP or similar certification
  • Experience with change management and data analysis tools
