What You'll Do
As a member of Sentry’s Claims Contact Center, you will be the initial contact for our customer when a incident occurs. In addition, you will:
· Work with a team to successfully meet department phone Key Performance Indicators
· Process claims for policyholders, claimants and others over the phone
· Assist with processing claims that are received over the internet/mail
· Participate in weekly team huddles and associate engagement activities
What It Takes
In order to be eligible for this elite opportunity you must meet the following criteria:
· Customer service experience
· Strong punctuality and dependability
· Solid oral and written communication skills
· Preferred Proficiency in Spanish
· Effective listening skills in addition to the ability to concisely summarize information provided by our customers are essential
· Proficient computer skills
· Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
