•Handle inbound/outbound customer calls.
•Provide accurate status and assist in problem resolution.
•Work closely with team to ensure all calls are answered in a timely manner.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Work with personal information and maintain patient confidentiality.
•Handle other duties assigned by management.

Skill Set
•This role is only open to Filipinos residing in the Philippines •Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) •Excellent verbal and written English communication skills •Quiet workspace with little to no background noise •Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently •Strong Self-motivation and self-direction; ability to work without constant supervision •Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions •Team player attitude: open to feedback, direction, and correction Virtual Coworker
