Summary of Role: The Digital Experience Manager will be the driving force behind our interactive content strategy, shaping engaging, user-centric digital experiences that captivate and convert. In this role, you'll lead the vision for UX content, ensuring every touchpoint is immersive, seamless, and strategically aligned. You'll oversee the planning, development, and execution of high-impact digital campaigns and model launches across our web platforms—bringing innovation, storytelling, and data-driven insights together to elevate our brand. Responsibilities: Lead & Innovate: Develop and implement cohesive brand, digital, and content strategies that drive engagement, enhance brand loyalty, and improve operational efficiency. Drive Digital Excellence: Oversee the creation of dynamic, interactive content that fosters consumer action, generates leads, and captures valuable marketing insights. Enhance Customer Journeys: Leverage data and personalization to craft seamless experiences across MMNA’s ecosystem. Optimize & Analyze: Collaborate with IT and analytics teams to enhance digital tools and platforms while using key performance metrics to refine strategies and report on ROI. Manage Content Strategy: Own content planning, SEO optimization, and website updates—ensuring everything is accurate, brand-aligned, and legally compliant. Lead a High-Performing Team: Manage and develop 1 direct report, fostering growth within the Marketing team. Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor trends, conduct competitive audits, and drive innovation through emerging technologies and evolving consumer behaviors. Oversee Budget & Timelines: Manage budgets, forecasting, and project timelines to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within scope. Flexibility: Other duties as assigned or required. Required Qualifications: 7+ years in digital marketing, content strategy, and website management, with at least 5 years focused on interactive website content development and maintenance. Strong analytical skills with a passion for leveraging data, tracking tools, and ROI metrics to optimize performance. Proven ability to work seamlessly with IT, Analytics, and Creative teams to drive digital initiatives. Deep understanding of SEO, user experience, and emerging digital trends to enhance engagement and conversion. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and grow team members while fostering a high-performing environment. Ability to conceptualize, analyze, and evaluate web and interactive marketing initiatives with a keen eye for usability and effectiveness. Hands-on experience with e-commerce strategies and interactive marketing campaigns that drive results. Excellent presentation and persuasive skills to influence stakeholders and drive alignment on digital strategies. Pay Transparency: The base salary for this position ranges between $110,000 to $120,000. The base salary will be based on a number of factors including the role offered, the individual's job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
