Field Sales Specialist Needed in Pensacola, FL

Position Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $55,000 to $60,000 per annum

Since 2006, AMD Supply has been a leading distributor of fencing, hurricane shutters, and aluminum products. We are on the lookout for a dedicated Field Sales Specialist to join our Pensacola team.

Are you passionate about sales and building relationships? Dive into this dynamic role where you'll not only find new clients but also nurture existing accounts. Your unique talent for understanding customer needs will drive our solutions-oriented approach.

Your Role:
  • Engage with both prospective and current clients to uncover sales prospects.
  • Forge and maintain strong alliances with customers to cater to their product requirements.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Document all interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Recognize growth opportunities with new products.
  • Oversee customer relations within a designated geographic area, focusing on repeat sales with contractors in the fencing and hurricane shutter industries.
  • 50% travel and 50% office-based responsibilities.
What You'll Need:
  • A college degree or equivalent work experience (3-5 years preferred).
  • Understanding of fence, hurricane shutter, or aluminum product markets is advantageous.
  • Expertise in consultative sales techniques.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; must enjoy working with people!
  • Superior listening skills and professional interaction capabilities.
  • Self-driven and goal-focused.
  • Technological proficiency, including familiarity with business software, ERP systems, and a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Proven organizational and planning skills.
