Are you a strategic HR leader ready to make a real difference? Join us as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)—where you'll do more than support the business, you'll help shape it. We’re looking for a trusted advisor and collaborative partner who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. This is your opportunity to be at the heart of business transformation, employee engagement, and leadership development in a role that sits at the decision-making table.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our Regional Leadership Team, you’ll:

  • Act as a trusted coach, advisor, and thought partner to leaders—helping them drive performance, build teams, and navigate complex challenges.

  • Lead the execution and continuous improvement of core HR programs (Performance Management, Merit Planning, etc.).

  • Drive initiatives in talent strategy, organizational design, employee engagement, inclusion & diversity, and workforce planning.

  • Use data and insights from HRIS systems to influence decisions and identify opportunities for organizational improvement.

  • Resolve employee relations issues with a thoughtful, compliant, and people-first approach.

  • Shape and reinforce a positive workplace culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talent.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required (Master’s or MBA preferred).

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi-unit or healthcare setting.

  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred.

  • Knowledge of key employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, HIPAA, OSHA, etc.).

  • Strong track record of resolving employee relations issues and advising on complex HR matters.

  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to influence workforce decisions.

  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities under tight timelines.

  • Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Why Join Us?

  • Be a true business partner with a seat at the table.

  • Influence people strategy across a growing, mission-driven healthcare organization.

  • Work in a dynamic, collaborative, and supportive environment that values innovation and accountability.

  • Bring your full self to work—and help others do the same.
