Enchem America, Inc. is seeking a seasoned and strategic HR Manager to lead all aspects of Human Resources, with a focus on Payroll/Benefits and the HQ communication . This individual will play a critical role in supporting a positive, productive, and legally compliant workplace culture across the organization.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

• Manage payroll processes for both direct employees and temporary staff.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll transactions.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
• Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate open enrollment periods.

Headquarter Communication

• Communicate with headquarters and prepare reports as requested (e.g., payroll reports, recruiting updates, workforce planning reports, etc.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Korean is a much
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience
• Strong knowledge of federal and Georgia employment laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with payroll systems, ADP, and HRIS platforms preferred.
