Inbound Call Center Agent Location Bronx, NY :

• Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency

• Stay informed about company updates and product offerings

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service or call center experience is helpful, but not required
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy with basic computer navigation skills
• A positive, can-do attitude and team-oriented mindset
