We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our brand, attract new clients, and strengthen relationships with existing customers. You will work closely with our leadership team to drive awareness, generate leads, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development & Execution : Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals to increase brand visibility and lead generation within the general contracting industry.
Content Creation : Develop engaging content for digital and print media, including website copy, case studies, blogs, email campaigns, social media posts, and promotional materials.
Digital Marketing : Manage online marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
Branding & Positioning : Maintain and strengthen the company's brand identity through effective messaging, design, and content strategies, ensuring it resonates with target audiences.
Lead Generation & Nurturing : Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement lead generation campaigns, including email marketing, landing pages, and other outreach efforts.
Market Research & Analysis : Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences to continually adapt marketing tactics and stay ahead of the competition.
Event & Trade Show Management : Coordinate and manage marketing initiatives related to industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build the company's presence and reputation.
Collaboration & Reporting : Work cross-functionally with project managers, sales, and leadership to align marketing efforts with business objectives, providing regular updates and performance reports.

The Successful Applicant
Requirements: Experience : Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the construction, real estate, or architecture industries. Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Skills : Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns).
Proficiency in marketing software (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite, etc.).
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred : Experience with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and construction industry knowledge is a plus.
