What You’ll Do:

• Manage billing for Medicaid, private insurance, and other funding sources.
• Submit claims, follow up on denials, and create bills for clients that are private pay or owe co-pays, co-insurances, and deductibles.
• Communicate with insurance companies and families about billing.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure regulatory compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in medical billing, insurance claims, and client invoicing (healthcare experience preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Medicaid, private insurance billing, CPT codes, and HIPAA regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
