Position Summary/Responsibilities:

• Daily account reconciliation, overseeing the daily maintenance of custodial and vendor data feeds.
• Assisting with month-end/quarter-end operational and reporting processes.
• Working directly with clients to answer questions on performance, portfolio implementation, and strategy construction.
• Integrating with Salesforce and other CRM tools to enhance client services.
• Proposing new ideas to add customizable capabilities to client services and improve trading/operational workflows over time.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related STEM field.
• Experience with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Effective communication skills with portfolio managers and clients.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a high work ethic.
• Knowledge of order and portfolio management systems.
• Familiarity with investment strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Portfolio Management Systems (preferably APX).
• Knowledge of CRM tools, especially Salesforce.

Pay Transparency: The expected starting salary range is $75,000 - $80,000 per year, with potential eligibility for a discretionary bonus based on experience, education, and skills.
