What You Will Do to Change Lives Peer Support Specialists engage, inspire, and facilitate meaningful conversations with members served, helping them explore, create, and meet their recovery goals. They provide consultation to promote Telecare's Recovery Culture, recognizing and respecting each member's preferences, and respond to critical situations with engagement and de-escalation skills to support a least restrictive environment during emergencies related to mental health or addiction. Shifts Available Full Time | 8:00 am - 4:30 pm OR 8:30 am - 5:00 pm | Monday - Friday Expected wage is $21.10, with a full range up to $22.91, depending on geographic location. Starting pay is based on relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
