What You Will Do to Change Lives Peer Support Specialists engage, inspire, and facilitate meaningful conversations with members served to help them explore, create, and meet their recovery goals. They provide consultation to promote and reinforce Telecare’s Recovery Culture, as defined by the Telecare Recovery Centered Clinical System (RCCS), recognizing and respecting each member’s preferences and integrating them into services and self-help programs. Additionally, Peer Support Specialists respond to critical situations with high-level engagement and de-escalation skills, supporting a least restrictive environment during emergencies related to mental health or addiction challenges. Shifts Available: Full Time; DAYS: 8 am - 5 pm; Monday - Friday (Sign-On Bonus: $XXX) Expected starting wage range is $XX - $XX. Telecare applies geographic differentials based on the location of the role. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
