Our CEO is a renowned composer with a packed calendar of high-stakes scoring projects, industry events, and personal commitments—and he’s seeking a highly experienced, discreet, and exceptionally capable Personal Assistant to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is not your typical assistant role. You’ll be the operational anchor for a dynamic creative executive—managing everything from international recording sessions to school drop-offs. This position combines elements of executive assistant, project coordinator, and household manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive & Administrative Support

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and day-to-day schedule
• Coordinate complex recording sessions, studio bookings, and production timelines
• Handle professional correspondence with clients, collaborators, agents, and studios
• Track project milestones, invoices, and budgets across multiple scoring assignments
• Prepare briefing materials, call sheets, and documentation for sessions and meetings

Client and Event Coordination

• Act as a point of contact for high-level clients and industry stakeholders
• Plan and execute client dinners, entertainment events, and professional gatherings
• Assist with logistics around premieres, screenings, and awards-season functions

Household & Personal Support

• Provide occasional childcare for the CEO’s daughter
• Help with light housework and general household organization including supplies
• Manage vendors, appointments, and home maintenance tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting C-level executives (entertainment experience a major plus)
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Apple Calendar, Excel, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Notion, Asana)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, anticipatory, and calm under pressure
• Emotionally grounded and professional in high-stakes environments
• Comfortable working occasional early mornings (as early as 6:30 a.m.)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Must be discreet, trustworthy, and capable of maintaining complete confidentiality
