Position: Product Designer
Location: USA (Remote)

Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer based in the USA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in user interface and user experience design, with a keen eye for aesthetics and usability. Prior experience with creating and launching consumer tech products. Previous experience working in home decor or interior design internet companies.
Key Responsibilities: - User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors. Gather and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas. Iterate designs based on user feedback and testing.
- UI Design: Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for both the app and website. Ensure consistency in visual elements and branding across all platforms.
- UX Design: Develop intuitive and engaging user experiences. Simplify complex processes and ensure ease of navigation throughout the app and website.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives and user needs.
- Testing and Iteration: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously
- improve the user experience. Iterate on designs based on test results and user feedback.
- Documentation: Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, design systems, and specifications for developers.
Qualifications :
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product design, preferably in the D2C mobile app and web design space. Prior experience with creating and launching consumer tech products. Relevant experience in home decor or AI driven tools is a plus.
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
- Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Creativity: Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail. Ability to create visually appealing and cohesive designs.
- User-Centered Design: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Ability to empathize with users and design with their needs in mind.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex design challenges.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Open to feedback and able to iterate on designs.
- Preferred Background: Previous experience working in home decor or interior design internet companies is highly preferred.
