We have big growth plans and are in search of an experienced Remodeling Sales & Design Consultant to join our team and help drive our expansion by delivering exceptional solutions to our clients. What You'll Do

As a Sales & Design Consultant you’ll build relationships with potential clients, assess project fit, provide ballpark estimates, and guide them through the sales process. You'll play a key role in ensuring a seamless client experience from initial inquiry to project handoff.

Responsibilities

• Screen inquiries, schedule consultations, and manage client data in Buildertrend.
• Meet clients on-site to discuss project goals, budget, and scope.
• Create and present ballpark estimates, helping clients make informed decisions.
• Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Draft and send design agreements and contracts via Dropbox Sign
• Maintain organized project records, including notes, photos, and estimates.
• Work closely with the design and project teams to refine estimates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and sales techniques.
• Participate in sales meetings, training, and strategy development.

Education, Experience, and Skills Required

• 5+ years of B2C sales experience (construction/remodeling industry preferred).
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite (Buildertrend experience a plus).
• Ability to maintain a positive, client-focused attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary $60,000 - $80,000/year + uncapped commission
• 401(k) with matching, health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance
• Paid time off, continuing education, and advancement opportunities
• Company vehicle after 90 days
• Monday-Friday schedule (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)
