Job Description Are you passionate about executive compensation and equity administration? Join Vialto Partners as an Equity and Rewards Director, supporting clients with executive compensation plans, especially equity compensation. Key Responsibilities Demonstrate expertise in equity-based compensation programs for executives, including stock options, RSUs, and performance awards. Exhibit strong quantitative, analytical, and presentation skills. Manage client relationships, serve as a trusted advisor, and mentor junior staff. Utilize familiarity with equity administration platforms to improve processes. Support global equity programs, navigate tax law changes, fulfill reporting and withholding obligations, and conduct mobility calculations. Support proposals and business development efforts to grow client relationships. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; CPA or Master’s preferred. Minimum 9+ years of experience. Additional Information Location: Remote (US). Full-time, regular employment. Compensation range: $161,300 - $264,900, based on qualifications and location. Why Join Us?
