About The Role We are currently seeking an experienced Strategic Consultant to support our enterprise clients. Your role will be critical in helping clients to optimize ROI and brand advocacy leveraging the Salesforce Clouds and related tools. We do this by understanding business requirements and program goals, making recommendations in line with digital marketing best practices and innovations, and aligning those initiatives with the capabilities in Salesforce and integrated platforms. A successful Strategic Consultant will feel comfortable and confident working with marketing professionals from enterprise corporations on initiatives such as strategic planning and roadmapping, campaign planning, audience targeting and personas, personalization across channels, analysis of marketing KPIs and ROI, email deliverability, testing strategy, and making general recommendations for marketing program improvement. Duties & Responsibilities In this position, you will be aligned to a client or multiple clients as their Salesforce strategy expert. You will provide consultative guidance on topics including: Creating client-customized, vision-to-value roadmaps that include Marketing + AI + Data + CRM Consulting clients through Salesforce-related business transformations Promoting a measurement- and data-driven culture, establishing critical benchmarks and strategies for measuring success Serving as an expert in marketing best practices, coordinated and personalized across email, digital display advertising, SMS, push, and social Supporting campaign ideation Leveraging data and marketing automation for improved personalization and relevancy Using AI to gain efficiencies, bolster insights, and improve customer experiences You Will Also Be Responsible For Being a client advocate, visionary, evangelist, storyteller, and subject matter expert Analyzing program performance and providing actionable insights Supporting Quarterly Business Reviews and Customer Journey Mapping workshops Providing support as needed to the Sales and Marketing teams Staying up-to-date on the latest in digital marketing technology, data management, and Salesforce features and capabilities Developing thought leadership, championing ListEngage POVs and solutions Being comfortable with ambiguity and an ever-evolving digital landscape Education & Experience Requirements Five+ years of experience in a marketing role Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience Outstanding written communication skills Excellence in creating compelling proposals and solution visualizations Experience in the design and facilitation of workshops Experience in cross-channel marketing, particularly email, SMS, and digital advertising Expertise in creating strategies to measure success, and then creating, analyzing, and communicating performance reporting Undergraduate degree required (ideally in Business or Marketing) Ability to work in the United States Preferred Experience Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications/accreditations, which may include: Marketing Cloud Engagement Email Specialist, Administrator, Consultant, and/or Developer Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist/Consultant Data Cloud Certification Marketing Cloud Personalization Accreditation Marketing Cloud Intelligence Accreditation Prior agency experience Retail, loyalty, and ecommerce experience Experience with marketing platforms and technologies such as: CDPs, ESPs, CRMs, BI platforms, web analytics platforms, inbox placement tools, ecommerce platforms, social listening/publishing tools, generative AI tools, etc. Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Tableau, and/or Commerce Cloud experience Email deliverability experience Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Excellent presentation skills and executive presence Positive, customer-centric attitude Ability to create and analyze campaign performance reporting Curious, problem-solving nature Proven leadership abilities Ability to drive success among cross-functional teams, working with multiple clients and competing priorities If you’re interested, so are we!
