As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our Client Management team. We're seeking highly motivated and experienced Customer Service professionals who are passionate about providing top-tier service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and complete a daily client checklist for 200+ clients
Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth integration process
Collaborate with the Media Buying and Delivery teams to ensure clients are properly set up
Update and maintain client CRM and account information
Serve as the first line of defense for client concerns and issues
Regularly check in with clients to ensure smooth service delivery
Schedule deep dive calls with clients to ensure ongoing support and success
Track client requests and follow up to ensure timely resolutions
Coach clients to optimize their results and experience
Demonstrate leadership and proactive problem-solving skills to ensure client satisfaction

Who Should Apply:

At least 2 years of experience in client retention and management
Excellent business communication skills
A track record of outstanding attendance and a drive to succeed without needing constant guidance
Phone sales experience, particularly in appointment setting or lead generation (preferred)
Coaching or sales management experience (preferred)
Proven leadership experience is a must
A strong internet connection and reliable home office setup for remote work
A quiet, distraction-free workspace
A willingness to continuously learn and grow, adapting to new approaches and ideas

Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $48,000 with potential to earn up to $120,000+ per year based on performance
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday with weekend availability as needed
Location: Fully remote (work from home or office)
Bonus Pay: Performance-based bonuses available
