The Senior Compensation Manager at T-Mobile plays a pivotal role in optimizing the effectiveness of the Compensation team, focusing on the design and management of frameworks that facilitate the seamless implementation of our compensation programs. In this role, you will support the strategy, design, and delivery of incentive plans for our T-Mobile business-to-business (B2B) sales teams. This role is critical to ensuring our frontline incentive programs are competitive, aligned with business objectives, and designed to drive performance across our sales organization.
This role involves close collaboration with Compensation Managers and other internal partners to refine execution strategies and enhance plan designs. Through their expertise in prioritization and governance, they will transform organizational strategy into efficient, scalable processes that enhance the quality and effectiveness of the compensation lifecycle. Their contributions are crucial in advancing T-Mobile’s strategic management of employee compensation, directly supporting the company’s overarching goals and values. This individual will support both broad-based and variable incentive plans and should have existing experience in supporting both.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
