Job Summary

The Prepaid Pricing team works closely with the Prepaid Marketing teams (Metro, T-Mobile Prepaid, and Connect by T-Mobile) to develop device promotions and rate plan offerings. As the Senior Manager of Prepaid Pricing, you will lead a team of 3-5 contributors and serve as a key partner for Prepaid Marketing leadership. This position is located in Bellevue, WA, and requires a hybrid schedule with at least 3 days in the office per week.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assess, recommend, and develop pricing strategies, offers, and promotions to drive profitable growth, utilizing market insights and financial models.
  2. Lead analysis and presentation of pricing reviews and initiatives, influencing senior leadership and business decisions.
  3. Establish KPIs and analyze performance metrics to support profitability and enterprise value creation.
  4. Evaluate and report on key metrics, ensuring alignment of pricing strategies with business goals.
  5. Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams in pricing, sales, and marketing.
  6. Manage, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
  7. Analyze competitor offerings to identify opportunities and risks.
  8. Propose strategic responses to maintain market competitiveness.
  9. Conduct post-mortem analyses of pricing initiatives to inform future strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in business, mathematics, finance, or related fields.
  • 7+ years in financial modeling, pricing, and data analytics.
  • 4+ years managing finance or analytics teams.
  • Strong communication skills, proficient in Excel, SQL, and understanding of business operations.
  • Knowledge of ROI and MVP analysis; experience with Snowflake is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old, legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary range: $122,300 - $220,600. Eligible for bonuses, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, parental leave, tuition assistance, and discounts.
