Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for staffing and a talent for building client relationships? We’re looking for a Staffing Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts and accelerate growth in the IT staffing space.

About the Role:

As our Staffing Sales Manager, you’ll spearhead our sales strategy—identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating closely with our recruiting team to deliver top-tier staffing solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our sales function within a growing, entrepreneurial team.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of sales experience in the staffing/recruitment industry (IT staffing strongly preferred)
• Strong network of client contacts in the NJ/NY market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
• Deep understanding of staffing industry trends and processes

Key responsibilities for this role include:

1. Client Management – Identifying and acquiring new clients, understanding their hiring needs, and maintaining relationships.
2. Candidate Sourcing – Recruiting, screening, and placing qualified IT candidates.
3. Job Matching – Aligning talent with open client roles.
4. Revenue Generation – Achieving placement-driven revenue targets.
5. Additionally, you may support training, placement coordination, and digital outreach initiatives.
