Job Description

The C. Harper Auto Group has an opening for a Title Clerk located at our Buick / GMC location in Connellsville, PA. Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Process new and used vehicles for state registration
Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles
Verify accuracy in the applicable legal documents to ensure that all information is accurate and complete
Organize and maintain a list of all outstanding title work
To prepare transfer documents and enter accounting for dealer transfers.
To maintain a system to verify out-of-state titles
Follow up with any problem titles to assure issues are resolved
Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and organized workspace
