Responsibilities : Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for short-term assignments Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs, and qualify them for job opportunities Educate prospective candidates on the personal and professional benefits of a travel healthcare career Generate leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning, and referrals Build and maintain unique relationships with travel healthcare professionals Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement Maintain a strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a sense of urgency Maintain a client-centered mentality and passion for customer service Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; equivalent experience in sales or staffing will also be considered Minimum of 1+ year success in a sales, staffing agency, or metrics-driven role Obsessed with creating great experiences for travel healthcare professionals Outside-the-box thinker Career-oriented with a desire for advancement Enthusiastic about being part of a recruiting organization that recognizes your talent What We Offer : Free premium medical, dental, life, and vision insurance Generous 401(k) match Additional benefits for eligible employees, including reimbursements and discretionary bonuses, where legally required Paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws; employees accrue one hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked Celebrations for hitting goals and rewards Company-sponsored virtual events, happy hours, and team-building activities, plus a special birthday treat Unlimited DTO - we believe in time off! The pay scale may vary based on experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates. Bonuses are role- and manager-discretionary.
