\nLocation (Onsite, Remote, or Hybrid?): Wilmington, NC (ONSITE)
\nContract Duration: 13 weeks
\nWorking Hours: Day 4x10-Hour (06:15 - 16:45)
\nTotal Weekly Hours: 40 hrs \n\n \n\nRTO after booking is not allowed and is not allowed to be worked out onsite. Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR.

\nREQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:
\nMinimum Years of Experience: 2 years experience
\nTraveler Experience: NOT REQUIRED
\nLocals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes
\nSkills: Scrub; CVOR experience; must be proficient in scrubbing Cardiac cases.
\nCerts: BLS
\n
\nPREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: ACLS, level 1 trauma experience.
\n
\nJOB DETAILS:
\nRatios: 1:1
\nShift: 10 HR Day 4x10-Hour (06:15 - 16:45).
\nCall Requirement: 4 10-hour shifts M-F will call on the days scheduled, there could be a week they would work 5 days if the come in on their call weekend. 2 days a week and every third weekend. For an average of 14 call days per 6 week schedule.
\nFloat Requirement: to main OR on same campus if no volume in CVOR.
\nWeekend Requirement: Call shift every third weekend

\n**Contract staff will be assigned and expected to work a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team. Contract staff may be required to report to work during a catastrophic event, mass casualty or disaster. Consolidation to the Centralized Office mid contract may occur and the contract staff may be preassigned to units as needed.

\nPATIENT DIAGNOSES: CABG, AVR, MVR, TVR, Aortic Dissection, TAVR, Laser lead extractions, Aortic Root, Carotids, Thoracic cases, Pericardial window, ECMO, Impella.
\n
\nUNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication): Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR
\n
\nSCHEDULING TYPE: manager determines
\n
\nUNIT ORIENTATION: 24 hours
\n
\nSCRUBS: provided, blue
