What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Drive sales of litigation support services including Electronic Data Discovery and Managed Review within your territory
Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients to identify upselling opportunities
Collaborate with Sales Management to align strategies and meet revenue targets
Conduct sales calls, customer meetings, and product demonstrations
Manage accounts for existing clients and newly acquired clients to ensure high satisfaction ratings

What is Required (Qualifications):

Proven track record of sales success within the litigation support/eDiscovery market
Ability to present a sales brag book showcasing achievements in quotas and client satisfaction
Strong network and influence within the eDiscovery industry
Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical details
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in account management and client relationship building
Familiarity with sales reporting and performance metrics
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in eDiscovery services
