Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Job Summary: Main Street Auto is seeking a talented and motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You must be able to thrive in a dynamic, people-driven business environment. Responsibilities: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports using tools like SQL and Tableau. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions. Present data findings clearly through visualizations and reports. Support strategic business decisions with data-driven recommendations. Perform predictive modeling and performance assessment. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and programming languages (Python, R). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills to present data findings. Understanding of business processes and strategies. Experience in IT, management, or business through internships or entry-level positions. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, people-driven business environment. Additional Skills: Experience with predictive modeling and performance assessment. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders. Great teamwork and a collaborative environment.
