The role involves overseeing and integrating the home infusion pharmacy and nursing programs, directing operational changes to meet referral source and patient needs, and leading the development of growth strategies. The Director will direct the EHIS Pharmacy Director and Eddy VNRA RN Manager of Home Infusion Services to execute plans that achieve business objectives. Serving as the key liaison with referral sources, the Director will establish and maintain relationships, understand the evolving needs of referral sources, and strive to make the program the infusion of choice. Responsibilities also include evaluating competitors, developing marketing and business development plans to increase service utilization, and collaborating with finance to develop budgets and forecasts. The role emphasizes achieving customer satisfaction, quality outcomes, revenue growth, and aligning with the mission, vision, and values of The Eddy. Employment Details Type: Full-time Shift: Day Shift Key Responsibilities Oversee and integrate home infusion pharmacy and nursing programs. Develop and implement growth and marketing strategies to expand service reach and increase referrals. Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, understanding their needs. Conduct market analysis and evaluate competitors. Research and design new business opportunities, including proposals and financial analyses. Coordinate programs and services related to growth initiatives. Serve as a liaison between referral sources, patients, families, and operational leadership. Create sales campaigns and positioning strategies in collaboration with marketing teams. Track growth objectives, perform due diligence, and analyze business performance. Develop work plans and ensure timely delivery of projects. Collaborate across departments to foster teamwork and effective relationships. Implement call plans to increase referrals and improve conversion rates. Utilize reporting tools to meet service and marketing goals. Develop and refine strategic marketing and business development plans based on market data. Work with clinical leadership to develop new programs and services. Prepare and manage budgets and expansion plans. Source and develop new business relationships and referral networks. Gather data, investigate issues, and propose solutions to barriers. Maintain accurate records of business development activities. Participate in educational program development for partners and colleagues. Minimum Requirements NY licensed pharmacist or NYS RN with CRNI certification. At least 5 years of experience in Home Infusion Service Delivery. Proven ability to lead operations and achieve growth, quality, and financial targets. Experience in marketing and sales. Strong organizational, communication, and professional skills. Understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and healthcare requirements. Additional Information Pay range: $113,152 - $169,728 annually, based on experience and education. The role is exempt under FLSA, with pay varying by location.
