What You'll Do Support the preparation of geotechnical reports, including analysis and recommendations in collaboration with senior staff. Manage construction materials testing (CMT) projects, review daily reports, assist with issue resolution, and train field staff. Manage project budgets for geotechnical and CMT projects and prepare invoices. Assist with or perform tasks under supervision, such as: Perform boring and test pit layouts and evaluate site access. Prepare drilling packages and obtain utility clearances. Research local geologic history. Supervise field work performed by drilling/test pit crews and assist with rig access issues. Perform in-situ testing and specialized geotechnical field testing. Classify soil and coordinate laboratory testing. Assist in preparing proposals for geotechnical and CMT projects for training and development. What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or related field. No prior experience required. A professional license is not required for this role but is necessary for career progression. A valid driver's license is required if driving for ECS or on its behalf.
