The Job at a Glance

The IT Support Analyst (internally known as I Fix Everything) provides support to the Parts Town end-user community and their corresponding technologies, including desktops, laptops, phones, mobile devices, wireless scanners, printers, etc. You will resolve incidents by troubleshooting, communicating, and documenting issue resolution. You will participate in the implementation of new systems and upgrades and will contribute to the continuous improvement & innovation of the end-user technologies at Parts Town.

A Typical Day

• Resolve service requests and incidents in our Jira (helpdesk portal)
• Perform computer, phone, printer, and other information technology adds, moves, and changes
• Support internal employees via phone calls, chats, and ticketing system
• Maintain Anti-Virus and data encryption systems and verify computers are current with security patches and virus definitions
• Set up Office365 email accounts and update active directory user groups and permissions
• Create documentation in a knowledge base to better serve our end-users
• Work on multiple projects to meet company deadlines

To Land This Opportunity

• You have 2+ years of experience in a technical support role, such as Help Desk, IT Remote Support, or Systems Operator
• You're available to work between the hours of 8 AM - 6 PM with occasional Saturdays as needed
• You possess the ability to move around for long periods of time and consistently lift up to 50lbs unassisted.
• You demonstrate vast knowledge and working experience of computers, hardware troubleshooting, and Windows Desktop operating systems (including MS Office)
• You are an excellent communicator and enjoy problem-solving
• You’re a multi-tasking pro and love working on multiple projects simultaneously and juggling priorities
• Bonus points if you have a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Sciences – or relevant work experience in a related field

The salary range for this role is $53,369.40 -  71,408.99 which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
