Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing construction and infrastructure delivery firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-visibility, mission-critical builds across sectors such as advanced technology, industrial, and commercial construction. The ideal candidate has experience overseeing large-scale projects with high safety, quality, and schedule demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Lead teams of subcontractors, superintendents, and field staff
• Drive progress against schedule, safety, and financial benchmarks
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and design teams to deliver results
• Monitor project budgets, negotiate change orders, and forecast revenue
• Maintain compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
• Document project progress and maintain accurate reporting

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction management experience (3+ in leadership roles)
• Experience with critical infrastructure or complex builds, specifically data centers
• Proficient in project management tools (Procore, PlanGrid, Microsoft Project, etc.)
• Familiar with HVAC, electrical, security, and fire/life safety systems
• Certifications: OSHA 30
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
