We have an exciting entry opportunity for an Operations Analyst to join a nationally respected UHNW advisory firm in Chicago. This is a launchpad opportunity into private wealth management, working side-by-side with one of the industrys top-performing teams in a culture defined by collaboration, mentorship, and precision.

*This is a hybrid position, and you must be currently living in Chicago, IL*

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Relationship Managers and Wealth Adviosrs in day-to-day client operations across HNW & UHNW clientbase
• Oversee daily/monthly cash flow tracking, capital call monitoring, and portfolio reconciliation
• Maintain the accuracy of Addepar reporting and coordinate document workflows
• Manage prospect pipeline tracking, assist with team calendar, and expense coordination
• Support internal systems and reporting processes in coordination with central operations, helping streamline workflow execution for the Chicago advisory team
• Contribute to a flat, high-functioning team where everyone, regardless of title, shares responsibility for operational excellence
• Gain exposure to all elements of wealth advisory operations, with visibility to transition into client-facing roles

QUALIFICATIONS

• 02 years of experience in financial services, operations, or a related internship (RIA or UHNW exposure a plus)
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related discipline
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Addepar or reporting systems is helpful but not required
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong communication skills, a humble mindset, and a desire to contribute wherever needed
• Personality fit is critical team-first, no drama, and eager to grow within private wealth management
